Dr. Amanda Nimon-Peters is an expert in the application of behavioural science to develop measurable skills in leadership, influence, and communication. She helps leaders and aspiring leaders understand why we do what we do at work. Her work produces insights and tools to address workplace challenges. Her objective is to develop data-aware, principle-driven leaders to be influencers for positive change.

Dr. Amanda started university at the age of 16. She holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Adelaide, as well as a master’s degree and PhD in Behavioural Science from the University of Cambridge. She has extensive senior management experience in a broad range of industries and geographies: As a team leader at Procter & Gamble in Europe and then the Middle East; a board-director for a housing charity in the UK; a successful startup founder in Dubai; the dean of a business school; and (once upon a time) the science team leader examining human impact at a field camp on Cuverville Island, Antarctic Peninsula.
